  • Estimated Delivery Time: Preorders typically arrive within 4-6 weeks, but this can vary depending on product availability. You will receive updates throughout the process, so you’ll always know where things stand.

  • Order Fulfillment: Once all preordered items have arrived in our warehouse, we will begin packaging and shipping your full order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Partial Shipments: We aim to avoid sending partial shipments, but if a specific product is significantly delayed, we may choose to ship the available items and send the remaining products as soon as they arrive.​
